Gert Meylemans is Senior Manager in the EU Communications Office for Bridgestone Europe. He has 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, where he has expertise in areas including PR, media relations and both internal and external communications, including digital.

Gert has worked at Bridgestone Europe for the last 14 years and in his role manages EU media relations, events and crisis communications. For the last 3 years his role has also included leading a small web team with the view to implementing a complete overhaul of the Bridgestone corporate websites in Europe, including HQ and various European regions, with a clear focus on strategy, governance and content. In his spare time Gert can be found out on his mountain bike, or in the gym!
