Felix Velarde is one of the digital industry’s pioneers, having set up one of the UK’s first digital agencies – Hyperinteractive – in 1994, as well as the UK’s first SEO and Interactive TV agencies. Felix is Managing Director of the UK's most famous eCRM agency, Underwired Amaze, and is a leading authority on digital strategy.

Felix is a long-standing DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Awards judge, regularly speaks at industry events, and is a guest contributor to an array of digital, marketing and strategy publications. He also leads the IDM’s (Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing) course on eCRM.

Felix is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and the IDM and has won BIMA (British Interactive Media Association), Marketing and DMA Awards and in 2010 was listed in Cream’s Top 100 Innovators.
